Dr. Dwomoa Adu MD, FRCP – Chairman
After a career as Consultant Nephrologist (kidney specialist)at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Birmingham, England.
Dr. Adu returned to Ghana in 2009 to take up an appointment as Honorary Consultant Nephrologist at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Ghana Medical School. Dr. Adu is a Principal Investigator in the Human Hereditary and Health Africa Kidney Disease Research Network grant which is funded by the National Institutes of Health in the USA to study the genetics of kidney disease in Africa. He is also the immediate past President of the African Association of Nephrology. Dr Adu is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London and the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences.
He is a member of the Acute Kidney Injury Committee, the Africa subcommittee and the Research Committee of the International Society of Nephrology. Dr. Adu has over a hundred and fifty research publications.
Olusoji Oyawoye – Director
Olusoji Oyawoye is a 1987 Bachelor of Science graduate of Economics who also holds both a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in Business Management. With a wealth of experience in all facets of banking spanning eighteen years, the last five in Executive Management capacity. Olusoji is credited for exemplary people skills, which have seen him lead several turnaround initiatives in his career. He is an Associate Certified Outsourcing Professional (ACOP) of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) in USA, a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (FAOPN) and a Member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (MIoD).
He has coached and facilitated training programmes for University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), School of Media and Communication and Enterprise Development Centre both of Pan Atlantic University, MTN Academy in Nigeria and Ghana, Fidson Group, International Energy Insurance (IEI), MRS Oil and several Banks in Nigeria to mention a few.
Olusoji currently heads Resource Intermediaries (Nigeria) Limited, a Human Resource Outsourcing company in Lagos as MD/CEO where he has been since 2006.
He is also a non-executive directors in four other companies – PrimeWorld Limited, PrimeWealth Nominees Limited, Resource Intermediaries (Ghana) Limited and KCMB Microfinance Bank Limited.
Olusoji is a mentor and motivational speaker and is generally driven by a desire to develop skills and best practice competences in managing business’s Human and Administrative assets.
Outside professional pursuits, Olusoji is a capacity builder, a publisher with several published articles, a Newsletter on Outsourcing and six books on relationships, entrepreneurship and finding ones purpose in Life.
He is also the current President of Federal Government College Lagos Old Students Association, a position he has held twice before from 1994 to 1996 and 2000 to 2002.
Dr. Ebun Bamgboye – Director
Dr. Ebun Bamgboye is a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist, with a special interest in Nephrology (kidney medicine). He is the head of the Dialysis/Transplant Unit at St. Nicholas hospital and the Clinical Director of the Hospital.
Over the years he developed one of Nigeria’s most prestigious and functional Dialysis Units, which receives referrals from around the world. He is also the Head of the St. Nicholas Renal Transplant Unit. The Renal Transplant Unit has been running for over 16 years now and was the first unit in Nigeria and Sub-region to perform successful kidney transplants and has performed over 70% of all Kidney Transplants in the West African sub-region, over 160 transplants, till date.
Dr. Bamgboye is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in England.
He is also currently a member of the Africa Subcommittee of the International Society of Nephrology and the Advisory Board, St. Nicholas Hospital, Lagos.
Dr. Bamgboye has served as Immediate National President of his professional association, The Nigerian Association of Nephrology, is concurrently President of the Transplant Association of Nigeria.
He also serves as the Chairman of the Court of Governors of the Lagos state University College of Medicine, appointed in March 2014.

Ade Awonaike – Director
Ade Awonaike is a graduate of Economics with specialty in Finance and Credit from Kharkov State University Ukraine. He holds an MBA in International Business Relations from Lagos State University, Ade has worked with various Nigerian Banks for over 10 years rising to Managerial level prior to the banking consolidation in Nigeria. He joined Resource Intermediaries in July 2006 and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer in Nigeria.
He is also a Director in Resource Intermediaries (Ghana) Limited. Ade has a passion for startups having been a pioneer staff of most Departments he worked with in the Banking Industry. He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, an Affiliate of Marketing Institute of Singapore and Member London Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is also a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and most recently appointed to sit on the African Advisory Board of the (IAOP). He has attended various local and International trainings on Leadership and Management. He is married and blessed with children.
Dorcas Beeko-Mangesi – Executive Director, Business Development
Dorcas has served in the marketing department in Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited since its inception, 2011 till date. She is known for her positive attitude towards work, unique and innovative ways in solving problems. She has made significant contributions to our business growth and success with proven achievements across business functions.
Dorcas Beeko – Mangesi is an alumnus of Aburi Girls High School, a graduate of the University of Ghana with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School. She had an extensive banking experience with Barclays Bank Ghana. Having a PRINCE2 certificate in Project Management and had handled a lot of projects in the business sectors.
As the Chief Business Development Manager of Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited, she was responsible for developing the company’s business and marketing strategies with a view to make clients businesses run smoothly. Dorcas also oversees administration of the Human Resource Outsourcing mandates of the company. She is happily married and blessed with two handsome princes.
Emmanuel – Manager
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology Management from the University of Cape Coast, a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) at Central University College, and a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Institute of Commercial Management.
He has over 15 years of working experience in human resource and office administration spanning across construction, software, commodity and service industries in Ghana. He is credited with effective people skills and human resource administration.
