Dorcas has served in the marketing department in Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited since its inception, 2011 till date. She is known for her positive attitude towards work, unique and innovative ways in solving problems. She has made significant contributions to our business growth and success with proven achievements across business functions.
Dorcas Beeko – Mangesi is an alumnus of Aburi Girls High School, a graduate of the University of Ghana with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School.
She had an extensive banking experience with Barclays Bank Ghana. Having a PRINCE2 certificate in Project Management and had handled a lot of projects in the business sectors. As the Executive Director, Business Development Manager of Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited, she is responsible for developing the company’s business and marketing strategies with a view to make clients businesses run smoothly.
Dorcas also oversees administration of the Human Resource Outsourcing mandates of the company. In 2025, she became an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource management (CIHRM) Ghana.
