Emmanuel Boateng is the MD/CEO of Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited, the leading human resource outsourcing organization in Ghana. Emmanuel holds a Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) at the Central University College, a Bachelor Degree in Psychology Management from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Institute of Commercial Management.

He pursued his dream from being an employee to becoming an employer who has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resource and Office Administration spanning across the manufacturing, financial institutions, international organizations, electrical, construction, technological, commodity and service industries in Ghana.

He is credited with effective people skills and human resource administration. In his term of office as MD/CEO to Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited, he has successfully managed the company from a single outsourced staff to over 5000 staff, providing HR consultancies to diverse sectors since its inception in 2011.

He is an entrepreneur and a human resource practitioner with over 20 years of experience. He has key skills in managing non-core staff for companies on an outsourced basis and worked with professional businesses. He helped over 50 entrepreneurs worldwide to better manage their human resource and business workflow. His core values are humility, integrity, selfless, honesty and excellence.
