In celebration of International Women’s Day, RIL Ghana hosted a special lunch treat for its female staff on 8th March 2026 at Noble House Restaurant under the inspiring theme,“Give to Gain.” 

The event was organized to appreciate the dedication, resilience, and immense contributions of women within the company while promoting a culture of recognition and empowerment. A highlight of the celebration was the honoring of five outstanding ladies whose commitment and hard work continue to make a positive impact on the organization. 

The occasion was further graced by the presence of the Executive Director, Mrs. Dorcas Mangesi, whose attendance added prestige and significance to the celebration. She commended the women for their invaluable role in driving growth and excellence within the company. 

The event served as a memorable reminder of International Women’s Day and RIL Ghana’s commitment to celebrating and uplifting women in the workplace.

CELEBRATING HERITAGE, UNITY & PRIDE: GHANA MONTH 2026 

In celebration of Ghana Month, staff came together on Wednesday, 18th March 2026, dressed proudly in their Ghana jersey outfits to showcase patriotism and  national pride. The day was filled with exciting and  interactive activities including fun games such as Ghana Quiz, Sing Ghana, and other entertaining sessions that brought laughter and team spirit among employees. To crown the celebration, everyone enjoyed a variety of delicious Ghanaian dishes, making the occasion a memorable one as we honored our rich culture, unity, and heritage.

RESOURCE INTERMEDIARIES GHANA LIMITED LAUNCHES MENTOR-INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME 

Resource Intermediaries Ghana Limited (RIL Ghana) has officially launched its highly anticipated Mentor Internship Programme, a strategic initiative aimed at nurturing young talent and bridging the gap between academic learning and practical workplace experience..

The programme is designed to provide interns with hands-on industry exposure while pairing them with experienced professionals within the organization who will serve as mentors throughout the internship journey.
